Position Summary We're looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role is for someone who can think on their feet, communicate clearly with customers, and take ownership of their work. For experienced technicians a $2500 sign on bonus will be paid out! What You'll Do Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (AC, heat pumps, furnaces) Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers Present repair and replacement options when appropriate Complete all job notes, photos, and invoices in the system (ServiceTitan preferred) Maintain truck stock and keep your vehicle clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and company standards Work with dispatch and management to stay on schedule What We're Looking For 2+ years of HVAC service experience (preferred) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills EPA Certification (required) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team Comfortable using tablets/field software (ServiceTitan is a plus) Self-motivated and reliable - no babysitting required What We Offer Piece Rate Pay Structure Company vehicle (take-home, depending on role) Paid training and ongoing development Growth opportunities as the company scales
