This is an excellent opportunity for a high-level technician looking to step into a leadership role and help manage and grow a thriving service department. We are seeking a motivated leader with strong residential HVAC experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to mentor and support technicians in the field. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their workmanship, and is passionate about helping build a strong, successful team. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Service and install air conditioning systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, and mini-split systems Evaluate maintenance agreement opportunities and system performance Deliver outstanding customer service and communication Assist in the training, development, and leadership of service and installation technicians Maintain a strong focus on safety both on job sites and while operating company vehicles Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to stay current with equipment, technology, and industry best practices Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC service and/or installation experience EPA Certification required Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and support team members Professional communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Clean background check High school diploma or equivalent preferred Compensation & Benefits $30-$40/hour plus bonuses and commissions Guaranteed 40-hour work week with year-round stability Commission opportunities on repairs, sales, and maintenance agreements Paid vacation and holidays Retirement savings plan with company match Company vehicle to take home Tool account and work boot allowance Employee discounts on tools, services, and equipment Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Supportive and team-oriented work environment Next Steps This position is intended for experienced HVAC professionals only; entry-level candidates will not be considered.
