- Full-time Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team.
For experienced service technicians a $2500 sign on bonus will be given. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems (HVAC/R). This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC principles and the ability to work independently in various environments. The technician will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to the comfort and safety of our clients. Duties Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial properties. Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on heating and cooling systems to identify issues. Perform equipment repairs using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment. Build and assemble components for HVAC systems as needed. Provide field service support to clients, ensuring high-quality customer service. Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all tasks. Experience Proven experience in HVAC/R installation, maintenance, and repair is preferred. Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus. Experience in property maintenance or related fields is advantageous. Ability to operate a van for transportation to job sites is required. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
