HVAC Install Helper

We are a locally owned HVAC company in Cocoa, FL looking for a dependable Install Helper to join our installation team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position working directly with experienced installers in residential and mobile home environments. You will assist with HVAC system installations, ductwork, and general job site support. No HVAC experience is required. We will train the right person. However, reliability and willingness to work in physically demanding conditions are essential. Responsibilities Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations Run and install ductwork in attics, crawlspaces, and under mobile homes Load, unload, and move equipment and materials Use basic hand and power tools (training provided if needed) Keep job sites clean and organized Follow instructions and work as part of a crew Requirements Willingness to work in hot, tight, and physically demanding environments Ability to lift and carry heavy materials regularly Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions Strong work ethic and dependable attitude Valid driver's license preferred but not required Important Expectations Work schedule varies based on job demand and may include early starts, late finishes, or short-notice scheduling changes Must be available when work is scheduled—flexibility is required for this role Job sites vary by location and may be up to approximately 30 minutes to 1.5 hours from Cocoa, FL, depending on the service area This is a physical labor position in all weather conditions and confined spaces Reliability and consistency are critical to success in this role We Offer On-the-job training Steady work for dependable employees Weekly pay Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work Pre-Screen Questions (Required) Applications without complete answers will not be considered.
