This role combines technical HVAC knowledge with strong communication and sales skills. Responsibilities Evaluate residential and light commercial HVAC systems Present repair and replacement options to customers Prepare proposals including labor, materials, and equipment Educate customers on HVAC solutions and system improvements Maintain strong customer satisfaction and follow-up communication Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships Work independently in the field while maintaining professionalism Collaborate with service and install teams to ensure smooth project completion Qualifications Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience Previous HVAC sales experience preferred Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and operations Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass background screening Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must have own HVAC tools and equipment Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed Ability to lift equipment and work in various weather conditions Preferred Experience Residential replacement sales HVAC service technician background Experience with financing options and customer presentations Familiarity with South Florida HVAC market If you are looking for a long-term opportunity with strong income potential, leadership support, and room for growth, we encourage you to apply and become part of Florida's Best AC Team.
