• Health care, Dental & Vison Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on HVAC equipment to ensure reliable operation. Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute service tasks. Repair plumbing components related to HVAC systems such as condensate drains or refrigerant lines. Conduct appliance repair and mechanical work on refrigeration units, ammonia refrigeration systems, and other specialized HVAC/R equipment. Utilize welding skills for system repairs or modifications when necessary. Maintain detailed service records, complete shift reports, and document all work performed for compliance and quality assurance. Experience Proven experience as a service technician in the construction or property maintenance industry with a focus on HVAC systems. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair, boiler maintenance, or appliance servicing. Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration is highly desirable. Field service experience working on air conditioning units, ventilation systems, or complex mechanical installations. Knowledge of plumbing related to HVAC systems along with basic welding skills for system repairs. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers or similar vehicles preferred. Ability to use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively in troubleshooting electrical components of HVAC/R equipment.
