HVAC Installer /Service

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Installer / Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort and system performance. Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment according to schematics and HVAC design plans Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal operation Conduct service calls for repairs involving appliance repair, equipment repair, or system failures in commercial or residential settings Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to accurately install or service equipment. Diagnose issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic instruments Weld or perform mechanical repairs on HVAC components using appropriate techniques and safety procedures Maintain detailed service records, logs of repairs performed, and inventory of parts used during field service operations Skills Proven service technician experience with HVAC/R systems; familiarity with refrigeration, ammonia refrigeration, and boiler operations Knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing systems, and electrical wiring Mechanical aptitude with the ability to repair appliances and perform equipment maintenance efficiently Field service experience working directly at customer sites with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to operate tools such as welders, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment safely and effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a driver preferred Familiarity with welding techniques and safety standards for mechanical repairs Basic understanding of property maintenance practices related to HVAC systems and appliances Excellent field service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving; ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments.
