LEAD HVAC TECHNICIAN

We are hiring a skilled Lead HVAC Technician with verifiable experience who can independently run jobs from start to finish without supervision. This is not an entry-level or helper position. We are looking for a true technician with strong diagnostic ability, leadership in the field, and the ability to confidently communicate solutions and closing jobs professionally and honestly. The right candidate must be experienced in residential and commercial HVAC systems, including full installations, ductwork, troubleshooting, and complex repairs. We are specifically seeking technicians who diagnose problems correctly the first time — not parts changers. Key Responsibilities Lead HVAC installations, service calls, repairs, and maintenance from start to finish. Install and modify ductwork properly and efficiently. Accurately diagnose HVAC system issues and complete repairs without repeat callbacks Strong customer communication and sales ability are required. Comfortable explaining repair options, recommending upgrades or replacement when appropriate, and closing work professionally and honestly. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of verifiable hands-on HVAC field experience Strong background in residential and commercial service work Proven diagnostic ability with confidence solving difficult problems independently HVAC sales experience required Track record of low callbacks and high-quality workmanship Experience installing ductwork and complete HVAC systems Valid driver's license with clean driving record If you have strong diagnostic skills and can complete jobs without callbacks, apply now!
