$40-$50 per hour (based on experience) About the Role Brophy Air is seeking an experienced and dependable Chiller Technician to join our growing team in Miami, FL. We are looking for a skilled HVAC professional with strong experience servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial and industrial mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with chillers, boilers, cooling towers, water pumps, VFDs, and related equipment. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial chillers Service boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and VFD systems Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC system issues Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate findings with customers and management Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local codes and company standards Provide excellent customer service while working on-site at client locations What We Offer Competitive pay: $40-$50/hour based on experience Full-time, steady work Opportunity for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Company vehicle and additional benefits may be available based on experience To apply, please send your resume and experience details to Brophy Air.

Requirements:

Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience working on commercial/industrial HVAC systems Strong knowledge of: Chillers Boilers Cooling towers Water pumps VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with a good driving record required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Must be reliable, professional, and safety-focused
