We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, diagnosing problems accurately, and performing quality repairs. - Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform service calls efficiently and professionally
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and control system issues
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Certification Required
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift equipment and work in attic, crawlspace, and outdoor environments
