WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
EXPERIENCE:
Proven track record in HVAC Sales or Service.
SKILLS:
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
CUSTOMER FOCUS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
RELIABILITY
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose, sell repairs/ new units, make minor repairs, perform tune-ups, and maintain HVAC systems. Conduct sales consultations and provide customers with appropriate solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
