HVAC/R Mechanic- Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach, Florida Fins up! Margaritaville Resort Fort Myers Beach is seeking applications from seasoned professionals for the exciting role of HVAC Mechanic. Nestled in the heart of Southwest Florida's vibrant landscape, Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach, under the proud operation and ownership of TPI Hospitality, offers not just a job but an opportunity for unparalleled personal and professional growth. As an HVAC Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the resort's heating, ventilation, air conditioning & refrigeration (HVAC/R) equipment and machinery on the resort.

What You'll Do:

Respond promptly to guest and team member requests related to temperature control, making necessary adjustments to HVAC systems to maintain comfort and satisfaction. Perform both scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation. Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, replacing or repairing components such as pumps, valves, belts, bearings, piping, and mechanical seals as needed. Troubleshoot and service refrigeration units to maintain proper temperature control and prevent equipment failures. Monitor system performance through regular inspections of gauges, dials, and equipment readings to detect abnormalities or signs of wear. Maintain accurate records of refrigerant usage, including additions and losses, following environmental regulations and company policies. Document all repairs and maintenance activities and report unresolved issues to ensure continuity and accountability across shifts. Assist with the start-up, shutdown, and routine operation of HVAC/R equipment to support seamless facility performance and guest comfort.

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years HVAC/R experience is preferred Requires Universal EPA Certification High school diploma or GED Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must possess a valid Florida driver's license
