Organization Gas Services Business Unit Central Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day As a HVAC Maintenance Specialist with Siemens Energy, you will be joining a team at a cutting-edge investment casting facility. Each day involves hands-on troubleshooting, precision repairs, and collaboration with a safety-focused team. Working in a high-tech, high-precision environment, you help drive manufacturing excellence while continuously growing your skills. How You'll Make an Impact Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain large rooftop units (40-ton+), including compressors, economizers, VFDs, and control systems. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on chilled water systems, including chillers, pumps, air handlers, coils, valves, and related components. Conduct system testing using gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools to evaluate performance and operational efficiency ensuring all HVAC equipment meets performance specifications and environmental guidelines. Perform refrigerant recovery, charging, leak detection, and compliance recordkeeping maintaining accurate logs, inspections, and system documentation. Execute PM schedules for RTUs, chillers, cooling towers, and mechanical equipment. Identify potential failures in advance and recommend corrective actions or capital improvements. What You Bring 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial HVAC systems, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Prior work with AAON or Trane is a plus.
Education :
Evidence of State HVAC license with Class A Certification is required. Strong understanding of electrical schematics with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools. Familiarity with humidity, temperature controls, CMMS platforms and digital maintenance tools. Ability to drive Root Cause driven improvement processes to include managing and following through on action items to completion. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
