We specialize in large commercial mechanical construction, including chilled water systems, hot water piping, HVAC distribution, and complex mechanical installations for hospitals, healthcare facilities, and commercial buildings. Our Hollywood team manages field operations for multi-million-dollar projects across Broward and Palm Beach counties. We are seeking a General Foreman to lead field crews, drive productivity, and ensure safe, high-quality mechanical installations on major commercial projects.

What You Will Be DoingLead and supervise field crews of approximately 15 mechanical tradespeople on active commercial job sitesOversee daily field operations for chilled water, hot water, HVAC, and commercial piping installations on projects ranging from $10M to $20MCoordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain schedule and productivityWork closely with project managers, superintendents, and field leadership to resolve issues and maintain qualityEnsure compliance with plans, specifications, safety standards, and company proceduresMaintain jobsite documentation, daily reports, and field communicationRepresent the company professionally on all client sitesWhat You Need for This PositionExperience as a General Foreman or Senior Foreman on large commercial mechanical projectsStrong technical knowledge of chilled water systems, hot water piping, HVAC distribution, and commercial piping installationAbility to lead, mentor, and coordinate field crews on long-duration projects (12 to 18 months)Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work 100% in the field

Preferred:

experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, or complex commercial environments
