Additionally, as part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, technicians will be part of an on-call rotation to address urgent client needs outside of regular business hours.

Responsibilities:

Perform service, maintenance, and installations of air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions promptly and accurately. Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and longevity. Install new HVAC systems accurately and efficiently. Safely perform all tasks in compliance with company policies and procedures. Wire low voltage and high voltage lines to HVAC systems. Install copper refrigerant lines, including soldering and brazing. Install duct systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned company vehicle.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree or trade school certification preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and installations. Proficiency in wiring low voltage and high voltage lines. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team. HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred. Knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid and clean driver's license.
