In this energetic role, you will assist skilled technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across various properties. Your enthusiasm and mechanical aptitude will help ensure smooth project execution, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry while developing your technical skills and understanding of building systems. Duties Assist lead technicians with the installation of HVAC units, ductwork, and related equipment according to schematics and HVAC design plans Help with plumbing connections, electrical wiring, and mechanical components necessary for system operation Use tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to aid in equipment repair and maintenance tasks Follow safety protocols during field service tasks, including property maintenance and appliance repair activities Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to facilitate accurate installations Maintain a clean work environment, organize tools and materials, and ensure all safety standards are met during job site activities Requirements EPA Section 608 Certification Required Prior experience or training in construction, service technician work, or property maintenance is highly desirable Basic mechanical knowledge with familiarity in HVAC systems Ability to read schematics and understand HVAC design plans effectively Experience with equipment repair, welding, or appliance repair is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) is a bonus Strong physical stamina to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks throughout the day Willingness to learn new skills related to air conditioning systems, and mechanical troubleshooting Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse field service environments Background check & drug screening required Embark on an exciting career journey where your technical skills grow daily!
