Job Description
Family Owned HVAC Company in Fort White, FL. seeking Experienced HVAC Service and Refrigeration Technician Looking to hire ASAP Ideal Candidates will meet the following criteria: 3-5 years Commercial or Residential HVAC experience. Experience to correctly diagnose, repair, troubleshoot and/or install industrial and residential climate-control systems, such as HVAC units, ice machines, beverage equipment, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, and cold lines. Ability to braze and solder various metals to connect piping and experience with low & high voltage wiring. Experience installing, modifying or repairing coils, motors, blowers, control boards, drain pans, drain lines, and condensing units. Performs preventive maintenance procedures on units such as drain cleaning, coil sanitizing, replace belts and motor lubrication. Able to climb ladders, work in attics, and work in crawl spaces and ability to regularly move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be physically able to endure prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending. Ability to communicate effectively and complete service tickets according to procedures. Maintain service vehicle and required tools for position. Participate in on-call rotation from time to time.
