Job Description
We are currently looking for a reliable, motivated, and professional HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, customer-focused, mechanically inclined, and capable of diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems in both residential and/or commercial settings. Job Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation issues Communicate clearly with customers regarding system concerns and recommended repairs Complete service calls in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate job notes, service records, and paperwork Ensure work is completed safely and up to company standards Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Represent the company professionally in customers' homes and businesses Qualifications Entry-level position; prior HVAC experience is preferred but not required Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and excel Ability to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical skills Professional appearance and strong work ethic Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer service skills What we offer Overtime opportunities during peak season (summer) Supportive team-oriented work environment Hands-on-training and mentorship Vacation Pay Pay Starting at $15/hour with no experience Starting rate of up to $18/hour depending on experience Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Training & Advancement Minimum 30-day training period 90-day performance review Opportunity for growth based on attitude, work ethic, dependability, and performance If you're looking for a company where your work is valued and there is room to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
