- Experienced HVAC Lead Installer! Full-time | Lake Wales, FL | HVAC Lead Installer We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and light commercial HVAC installations, leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship. Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee residential and commercial HVAC system installations, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems. Manage installation crews on job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment while maintaining a clean and professional work environment. Read blueprints, specifications, and job scopes to ensure accurate system setup and installation. Verify proper electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and system performance upon completion. Train and mentor apprentice and junior installers on best practices, safety procedures, and technical skills. Communicate professionally with customers regarding installation progress, system operation, and maintenance recommendations. Accurately complete installation paperwork, equipment documentation, and job notes. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working order. Adhere to all company safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications /

Required Skills:

Minimum of 3+ years of HVAC installation experience highly preferred. Previous lead installer or crew leadership experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and duct design. EPA certification required; additional certifications are a plus. Ability to troubleshoot and make field adjustments during installations. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
