Residential HVAC Service Technician (ServiceTitan Proficient)

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of residential HVAC systems and is highly proficient in using ServiceTitan for scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits.
• Perform routine maintenance, system tune-ups, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Clearly communicate technical issues and proposed solutions to homeowners in a professional and respectful manner.
• Accurately complete work orders, capture photos, create estimates, and process invoices using ServiceTitan .
• Collaborate with dispatch, parts, and management through ServiceTitan to ensure smooth job flow and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and keep an accurate inventory of parts and tools.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues or system trends and make recommendations for replacements or upgrades.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local codes, safety guidelines, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC diagnostic tools, equipment, and industry practices.
• Proven experience using ServiceTitan to manage job tickets, time tracking, forms, photos, estimates, and customer interactions.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces), and withstand outdoor weather conditions.
