We are looking for a veteran Service Technician to lead our team and uphold the high standards our community expects.The Role:
As a Lead Service Technician, you aren't just fixing units; you are the "face" of our technical expertise. You will handle complex diagnostics, mentor junior techs, and ensure every customer receives the "Gould Standard" of service.Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (including AC, heating, and indoor air quality components).Perform thorough preventative maintenance and system tune-ups.Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing technical guidance in the field.
Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system issues and repair vs. replacement options.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully-stocked service vehicle.
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency services.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience (Required).EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred).Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, refrigeration cycles, and airflow.Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.
