Our company offers quality, integrity and value to our customers. We service the majority of Polk County. The the HVAC technician must have the following qualifications to be considered for this position. 3 years verifiable experience with other HVAC companies EPA certified Clean valid drivers license and record Dependable, hardworking & trustworthy Professional appearance Detail Oriented Provide own tools Adaptable/flexible Ability to work independently & in team settings Outstanding communication skills
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Diagnose, repair and maintain electronic, mechanical & electrical components of residential systems Ability to crawl under mobile/manufactured homes for inspections and repairs Ability to climb into attics for inspections and repairs Install, modify or repair air ducts, indoor units, drain pans, drain lines and outdoor units Assist in installs of new equipment Perform preventative maintenance Maintain a clean and organized van We want experienced talented employees to be part of our team for the long term.
