Job Description

HVAC Service Technician - ONLY
  • Other positions will not be considered and/or are not being offered Join Our Family- Owned Team We are a small, family-owned HVAC company looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician who is searching for a long-term career, not temporary or subcontract work.
We do not use subcontractors, this is a full-time, in-house position for someone who wants stability and the opportunity to grow with the company for the long haul. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and takes pride in quality workmanship. You should be confident troubleshooting and diagnosing issues efficiently while providing excellent customer service and clear communication. Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems up to 20 tons.
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
  • Inspect, test, and ensure systems are operating properly
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues accurately and efficiently
  • Install new systems according to manufacturer specifications
  • Repair or replace defective or worn components
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service This position is ideal for a service technician who wants consistent work, stability, and future with a growing company.
