Our team takes pride in delivering quality workmanship while helping customers make informed decisions about maintaining and improving their heating & cooling systems. We are looking for a motivated HVAC Technician to join our team full-time.Position Summary:
The HVAC Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and service on residential and small commercial HVAC equipment while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to clearly explain repair options and system improvements to homeowners.Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and service on residential HVAC systems and related equipmentDiagnose system issues and complete necessary repairs efficiently and accuratelyInform customers of repair needs and recommend HVAC products or services that support proper equipment maintenanceProvide multiple repair or upgrade options to help customers make informed technical and investment decisionsParticipate in a shared on-call rotation to help meet after-hours service needs when requiredMaintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all service and maintenance appointmentsWork in a variety of environments and conditions depending on home layouts and equipment locations (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors, etc.)Maintain a positive attitude while supporting team members and helping meet company service demandsEnsure all work meets company standards for quality and safetyQualifications:
Previous experience in HVAC maintenance and service requiredStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsAbility to communicate clearly with customers about technical issues and solutionsCommitment to excellent customer serviceAbility to work independently while also being a team playerWillingness to work in various residential environments and weather conditionsValid driver's license requiredWhat We Offer:
