Matt Hancock 407-456-3487 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team and drive excellence in installation projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead installation crews, ensure high-quality workmanship, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of complex HVAC systems, interpreting schematics and technical drawings, and maintaining safety standards on every job site. Your mechanical expertise and leadership skills will be vital in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design documents to execute precise installations Supervise and mentor field technicians, providing guidance on system setup, troubleshooting, and quality control Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards Perform equipment repair, welding, plumbing connections, and refrigeration setup as needed during installation. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and installation reports Requirements Proven experience in construction with a strong background in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration) systems installation Service technician experience with knowledge of equipment repair, appliance repair, property maintenance, and field service operations Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and technical drawings; ability to interpret blueprints accurately Mechanical knowledge encompassing plumbing systems, refrigeration units and general equipment maintenance. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
