What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems. Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups. Inspect equipment and identify opportunities to improve system performance. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners. Deliver exceptional customer service on every call. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Follow company safety standards and industry best practices. Participate in ongoing training and development programs. What We're Looking For 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. EPA Certification preferred. Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally.
