Job Description
Position Summary:
The HVAC technician performs the following duties, leads lesser-skilled employees, and participates in/executes installation, operation, service, and repairs to industrial and commercial HVAC systems.Benefit Information:

$25- 30/HR The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Education and/or Experience Minimum 7 (seven) years in AC and refrigeration repair and service in a similar institution. Extensive knowledge of DDC / BACnet protocols, as well as older pneumatic control systems, is essential. One-year certificate from college, technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
