Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing essential climate control systems across various properties. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge HVAC technology, refrigeration systems, and mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal comfort and safety for our clients. As an HVAC Technician, you will be empowered to troubleshoot complex systems, perform preventative maintenance, and deliver exceptional service that keeps buildings running smoothly. Your expertise will directly impact the quality of indoor environments and contribute to property maintenance excellence. Duties Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning and ventilation equipment. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure efficiency and longevity. Install new HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, and related components following HVAC design specifications. Conduct plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems and ensure proper refrigerant levels for optimal operation. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues and repair mechanical components. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately service complex systems. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports of all repairs, inspections, and system performance evaluations. Requirements 4 or more years of experience working as an HVAC technician MUST speak Spanish. Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC design principles is highly desirable. Ability to read schematics accurately and apply technical knowledge effectively in the field. Strong mechanical skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Certifications in HVAC/R or relevant trade licenses are advantageous; ongoing learning in refrigeration or ammonia systems is encouraged. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments.
