In this energetic role, you'll apply your mechanical expertise to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, and related equipment. Your hands-on skills will ensure optimal operation of heating and cooling systems, contributing directly to property maintenance excellence. Duties Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, cooling towers, chillers. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions. Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards. Perform plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems. Utilize welding skills for equipment repair or modifications when necessary. Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance logs. Requirements Proven experience in construction or property maintenance with a focus on HVAC or mechanical systems. Service technician experience with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems is essential. Strong understanding of schematics, HVAC design principles, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of plumbing systems, refrigeration cycles, and appliance repair. Mechanical knowledge related to boilers, air conditioning units, and equipment repair processes. Hands-on experience with field service operations; ability to work independently in various environments. Familiarity with welding techniques and safety procedures for equipment repair or modifications. Valid driver's license.
