You'll assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and related mechanical equipment. Duties Assist experienced technicians with installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and boilers Support service calls by preparing tools, materials, and equipment needed for various projects Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to aid in troubleshooting and system setup Help with plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as refrigerant lines or condensate drainage Conduct basic equipment repairs using tools like ohmmeters and welding equipment under supervision Perform routine property maintenance tasks including cleaning filters, inspecting ductwork, and ensuring system efficiency Support field service operations by transporting tools and parts using company vehicles such as drivers' license required Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with construction sites, property maintenance, or service technician roles is preferred Basic mechanical knowledge including understanding of refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing, and HVAC systems Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams; familiarity with HVAC design principles is a plus Experience with appliance repair or refrigeration systems such as ammonia refrigeration or HVAC/R is advantageous Mechanical aptitude with skills in equipment repair, welding, boiler operation, or mechanic work preferred Strong willingness to learn on the job while supporting team members in completing projects efficiently Valid driver's license (including driver license if applicable) for transportation to job sites This role offers a vibrant environment where your enthusiasm meets professional growth.
