Full Job Description HVAC Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

Travel to homes and businesses as scheduled Perform troubleshooting to determine mechanical or electrical failures for HVAC systems Perform necessary repairs and routine maintenance services Replace or install new AC systems Assess and repair ductwork Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources

HVAC Technician Requirements and Qualifications:

Completion of an HVAC training program at a vocational school or apprenticeship A minimum of at least 3 years experience Current state HVAC technician license Ability to use independent judgment in routine and non-routine situations Proficient with manual and power tools Valid driver's license (We provide work van) Reliable and self-motivated Flexibility to work on some weekends, and reliable to come into work on time
