Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems. Deliver outstanding customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain precise records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job to ensure accuracy and accountability. Adhere to all safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times. Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and techniques through continuous learning and training. Qualifications Previous experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician or relevant technical training. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a commitment to excellence. Experience with communicating and inverter-driven systems (not required, but strongly preferred) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, providing top-tier customer service. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. EPA certification is required.
