HVAC Maintenance & Sales Technician Job Type:

Base Pay + Commission + Performance Bonuses Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused HVAC Maintenance & Sales Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys building relationships with customers, performing preventive maintenance, identifying system deficiencies, and presenting solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability. The successful candidate will perform residential HVAC maintenance inspections, educate homeowners on the condition of their equipment, and recommend repairs, upgrades, indoor air quality products, maintenance agreements, and system replacements when appropriate. Responsibilities Perform routine HVAC maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems. Conduct thorough system inspections and document equipment condition. Identify repair opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions. Present maintenance agreements, indoor air quality products, and equipment upgrades. Educate customers on system performance, energy efficiency, and preventative maintenance. Maintain accurate service records and customer notes. Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and exceptional service. Meet or exceed sales and performance goals. Maintain a clean driving record and company vehicle. Qualifications HVAC experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Strong communication and customer service skills. Sales experience is a plus. Ability to explain technical information in a simple, customer-friendly manner. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
