HVAC Service Technician

All Seasons Air Conditioning is a family owned and operated business located in Naples. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HVAC Technician who excels in customer service, are great problem solvers, thrive in a challenging environment, are positive team players and self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

Successfully operate, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment. Promote, educate and sell our maintenance agreements. Installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning devices. Recommend sales of heating and air conditioning systems. Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.

Requirements:

Ability to Troubleshoot and Repair Problems Quickly and Accurately. Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Strong verbal and written communications. Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy. Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Valid driver's license with a clean record. EPA Certification a plus, other certifications are a plus. Strong ability to diagnose, repair or replace various brands of HVAC equipment. Must have own hand tools. Ability to work in extreme temperatures and tight spaces. Must be a team player!
