Travel to client sites within Broward County and Miami-Dade County, Florida, to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. Inspect HVAC equipment and use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related problems and determine necessary repairs. Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of HVAC/R systems. Repair or replace defective parts, wiring, controls, and other HVAC/R components. Test HVAC/R systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with manufacturer specifications and operational standards. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to install, troubleshoot, and service HVAC/R equipment. Install and connect electrical components, refrigerant piping, and ductwork associated with HVAC/R systems. Check refrigerant levels, detect leaks, and handle refrigerants in compliance with applicable EPA regulations and industry standards. Maintain records of service performed, equipment condition, and recommended repairs. Follow safety procedures, building codes, and company policies when performing assigned duties.
