Full-Time | On-Site | Residential Only Local Applicants Only This Is NOT an Entry-Level Position We're looking for high-level HVAC Installers who move efficiently, installs clean systems, and wants to maximize income. If you're the installer other companies rely on to fix mistakes… If you finish jobs on time without callbacks… If you're confident in your skills and leadership… We want to talk to you. Compensation - Built for Top Producers Piece Rate Pay 60/40 or 50/50 split with lead, depends on your dynamic and experience No income ceiling The more installs you complete, the more you earn This role is built for installers who don't want hourly limitations. Your production = your paycheck. What You'll Be Doing Residential HVAC change-outs (split systems & package units) Mini-split installations Linesets, compressors, coils, ductwork installs Full system start-ups & proper refrigerant charging Brazing and Streamline ACR Press Fittings (tool is provided by company) High & low voltage wiring Reading wiring diagrams Residential work only, minimal commercial applications Utilizing Service Titan software Code-compliant installations (Florida building codes) Maintaining professional, clean job sites Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable) 5+ years residential HVAC installation experience Strong knowledge of building codes Proficient with vacuum pumps & gauges Know how to properly evacuate & charge systems Skilled in brazing Experienced with ductwork fabrication/installation Ability to read wiring diagrams Valid driver's license with good driving record Must bring your own tools Must live locally in Lee County Who Thrives Here ✔ Installers who work efficiently without sacrificing quality ✔ Leaders who can manage a helper and run a job site ✔Professionals who take pride in clean installs ✔Motivated techs who want performance-based income Why Eco Air of SWFL?
