Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician / Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort and energy efficiency in their properties. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. Duties Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems according to schematics and design specifications Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R equipment to ensure optimal operation and longevity Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and troubleshoot mechanical systems repair needs Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design documents to accurately install or service systems Conduct plumbing and electrical diagnostics for HVAC-related issues while ensuring compliance with safety standards such as EPA regulations Weld or perform other mechanical repairs on equipment as needed; operate tools including welding equipment and hand tools for installation or repair tasks Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all work performed for accountability and future reference Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on HVAC installation or maintenance; prior service technician experience is highly valued Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, boilers, property maintenance, and building automation systems Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately; familiarity with electrical diagnostics is essential Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating driver vehicles preferred Certification in EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) regulations related to refrigerants; additional certifications such as Ammonia refrigeration or HVAC/R are advantageous Skilled in plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, equipment repair, welding, and general mechanical systems repair Experience with field service operations involving appliance repair or property maintenance tasks is a plus Knowledge of Ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics; ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments Join us in delivering top-tier HVAC solutions that enhance comfort and efficiency!
