We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated HVAC Technician / Installer to join our team full-time. We are looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, fair, and understands the precision and dedication required to complete successful HVAC jobs and maintain customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be able to diagnose systems independently, perform service repairs, and accurately evaluate equipment performance. Location Central Florida / Ocala Area Schedule Flexible / Negotiable Position Responsibilities HVAC service repairs and installations Preventative maintenance Ductwork installation and repair (metal and fiberglass) System diagnostics and troubleshooting All aspects of residential HVAC work Job Type Full-Time Requirements Minimum 2-4 years of residential HVAC experience or more Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and professionally EPA Certification preferred Understanding of proper refrigerant handling and ethical repair practices Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass: Criminal background screening Motor vehicle records check Drug screening What We Expect From Our Technicians Positive attitude and professional appearance Dependability and punctuality Commitment to safety regulations and company procedures Ability to assist customers with questions regarding financing or system replacement options Integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic At Hughes Heating & Air Conditioning, integrity and professionalism are the foundation of our company.
