Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking energetic and highly skilled HVAC Lead Installers and Service Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead installation projects and deliver top-tier service to our valued customers, ensuring optimal comfort and system performance. Your expertise will drive successful project execution, troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, and uphold safety standards across all operations. Duties Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects, ensuring precise setup of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related systems according to schematics and design specifications Perform routine and emergency service repairs on HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration systems (including ammonia refrigeration), and appliances Diagnose mechanical issues using tools such as ohmmeters, schematics, and diagnostic software; execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems, plumbing connections, electrical wiring, welding, and general mechanical repairs Interpret HVAC design plans and schematics to ensure accurate system installation and troubleshooting Operate a driver vehicle safely for field service visits and equipment transport Maintain detailed service logs, installation reports, and safety documentation in compliance with company policies Experience Proven construction experience with a strong background in HVAC installation and service work Prior field service technician experience in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) environments Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing systems, refrigeration cycles including ammonia refrigeration systems Mechanical knowledge encompassing equipment repair, welding techniques, boiler operation, and property maintenance Experience with appliance repair and general maintenance tasks within commercial or residential settings Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating specialized equipment such as forklifts or other heavy machinery is a plus Knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting tools like ohmmeters and diagnostic software; ability to read technical schematics accurately Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional HVAC solutions! Pay:
$70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
