You will clean, repair, and offer system enhancements to clients heating and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities and Duties Perform full system diagnosis and repairs as needed Perform routine preventative maintenance Great communication skills with our clients Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Must work on call rotation schedule Respond to emergency service requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Perform major repairs following required procedures Understand proper refrigerant charging methods Understand duct work, diagnose air flow problems, and share proper solutions Ability to learn and understand basic ipad navigation Qualifications and Skills High school education required 3+ years field experience as a HVAC service technician required NATE Certification, EPA Certification, and HVAC trade school Clean driving record and pass a pre-employment drug screening Must have your own tools - Including hand tools, meters, torches, gauges, pumps Detail oriented and understand the importance of documentation Must understand IAQ products features and benefits Must understand OSHA safety programs Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Benefits Paid vacation and holiday Healthcare benefits 401(k) retirement account Paid training and continuing education Company vehicle Life insurance Long-term disability Incentive program for system enhancements Referral incentives
