We're organized, tech-enabled, and focused on doing right by our customers and our team. We promote from within — most of our leads started where you're starting. What You'll Be Doing
  • Running residential service calls, maintenance visits, and installations independently
  • Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems with minimal supervision
  • Communicating findings and repair options clearly to homeowners
  • Completing job documentation through Housecall Pro
  • Representing Sunbright HVAC professionally in customers' homes
  • Supporting junior technicians and apprentices in the field when needed Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience — required, no exceptions
  • EPA Universal Certification — required, no exceptions
  • OSHA 10 Certification — required, no exceptions
  • Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record — required
  • Proven ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems independently
  • Physically able to perform HVAC work (lifting, attic work, outdoor exposure in Florida heat)
  • Strong communication — you'll be in customers' homes daily
  • NATE Certification a plus What We Offer
