2+ Years Of Experience In Residential HVAC Service (required) High School Diploma or GED Required Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen Ability To Lift 100 Pounds or More Proficient In Following And Understanding Technical Instructions Ability To Use A Computer Tablet Smartphone, and Navigate Using Maps or GPS Impeccable Appearance, Professional Demeanor, And Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills Desire To Exceed Client Expectations and Collaborate In A Team Environment Responsibilities Evaluate HVAC systems and ductwork for airflow and temperature discrepancies Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heating and cooling equipment Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs. Adhere to safety protocols while driving to job sites and handling equipment. Maintain a clean service vehicle and organized workspace Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training
