HVAC Junior Technician (Field Service)

We are seeking a motivated and independent HVAC Junior Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has completed their HVAC training and is ready to work in the field. You will be responsible for performing service tasks independently, with the security of having full technical support and guidance available via phone/video calls whenever needed. Key Responsibilities Independently perform HVAC installations, maintenance, and basic repairs at residential or commercial sites. Troubleshoot system issues and identify necessary parts or solutions. Communicate with the operations team via phone or video call for technical guidance and real-time support during complex tasks. Manage job site documentation and provide excellent customer service. Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.

Requirements Technical Background:

Recent graduate from an HVAC program or equivalent technical training.

Autonomy:

Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks independently in the field.

Tools & Transport:

Must have a reliable vehicle and basic hand tools to reach job sites.

Certifications:

EPA Section 608 Certification is required.

Communication:

Strong communication skills to coordinate with the support team remotely.

Driver's License:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
