• Responsibilities
• + Perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to primarily include Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and + associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes.

+ Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in + hospital or clinic environment. + May be scheduled to work various work shifts and weekends to meet the needs of the hospital not necessarily within the craft + lines. + May require travel to perform necessary maintenance work at other BCHS facilities. + Perform other duties as assigned.

• 5years as HVAC/R Service Related Technician +

• 2 years Building Automaton System +
• Preferred
• : 3 years maintenance in hospital-related field +

• Preferred:

• 1 year high rise
