Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician to join our team. Must have two years minimum experience In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and comfort for our clients. Duties Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, boilers, and refrigeration equipment according to schematics and HVAC design specifications Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal operation and energy efficiency Troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and refrigeration gauges; perform equipment repair as needed Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC system diagrams to ensure precise installation and servicing Perform plumbing connections related to HVAC systems, including ammonia refrigeration lines where applicable Weld components or parts when necessary to ensure secure fittings and system integrity Test electrical components and control systems within HVAC units to confirm proper functionality Maintain detailed service records, including inspection reports, repair logs, and schematics documentation Operate a driver vehicle safely to transport tools, equipment, or parts to job sites Collaborate with property maintenance teams or contractors on large-scale installations or repairs Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC installation and service technician roles Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans for accurate system setup Experience with refrigeration systems—including ammonia refrigeration—welding, plumbing, and boiler maintenance Familiarity with field service operations involving appliance repair and property maintenance tasks Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively for troubleshooting electrical issues Knowledge of HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) systems combined with mechanical expertise Skilled in equipment repair including compressors, fans, motors, pumps, and control panels Experience working with heating systems like boilers or other mechanical heating devices Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating driver vehicles preferred Ability to interpret technical schematics accurately to facilitate precise installations or repairs Join us if you're ready to bring your construction skills and mechanical expertise into a role that energizes your career!
