Lead HVAC Installer

About us Ryan Air Conditioning is a small, family-owned HVAC company in West Pasco since the 1970's. We offer service, maintenance, new installs, and duct work to our customers. We are known for our honesty and integrity. We offer a good work environment with help on the job when needed. Our company owner, Bob, Still works in the field along-side his employees. We need a solid installer to take over our install schedule. We stay busy year-round. We are hiring for installs, but will also need the installer to do the occasional compressors/coils/drain lines/ duct work, service call and maintenance (if possible) as they contribute to the over-all workload on non-install days.

LEAD INSTALLER ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE

HVAC install skills and knowledge for Southern Region States (FL, GA, AL, LA, etc...) Valid Driver License Drug-free Good attitude to be a team player Ability to complete an A/C system install from start to finish with light supervision.

INSTALLER JOB DESCRIPTION

All Aspects of Residential HVAC installation Install Condensers, wiring, soldering, line-sets Install Air Handler, drain-lines, vertical and horizontal, front-draw, low/high voltage Mobile home Package Units and Duct Work Some Residential Duct work During slow season help with: preventative maintenance ckups, compressors, coils, drain lines, some service work
