We are seeking a technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience who can confidently diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning and heating systems Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and control issues Complete minor and major repairs Assist with system change-outs and installations as needed Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers Maintain a clean, professional appearance and company vehicle Participate in an on-call rotation
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of HVAC field experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills EPA Certification Ability to work independently and efficiently Excellent customer service and communication skills Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented
