CORE JOB SUMMARY
This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, including ductwork, controls, and equipment. You will interact with customers, represent our brand in the field, and ensure jobs are completed accurately and efficiently.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
Install new residential and commercial HVAC systems (including split systems, package units, and ductless systems). Perform system diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs as needed. Conduct start-ups and ensure systems are operating efficiently and per specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions. Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and supervisors regarding job status and issues. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent. Follow safety procedures and comply with local, state, and federal codes. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition. Support team members and assist in other tasks as assigned. CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or GED; HVAC certification or technical training preferred.
Certification and Licensing:
EPA Section 608 certification (Type II or Universal) required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of HVAC installation or service experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in Google Suites and familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying environments (roofs, attics, crawl spaces).
