In this role, you will deliver comprehensive training on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, equipping students with practical skills and theoretical knowledge essential for success in the industry. Duties Develop and deliver engaging curriculum covering HVAC/R systems, electrical wiring, mechanical components, and system troubleshooting. Conduct classroom instruction combined with practical lab sessions to enhance hands-on skills. Teach students about programmable logic controllers (PLCs), blackboard control systems, and other automation technologies used in modern HVAC applications. Ensure compliance with safety standards such as OSHA regulations through safety demonstrations and supervision during lab activities. Incorporate industry best practices into lesson plans, including automotive diagnostics, plumbing, welding, electrical work, and maintenance procedures relevant to HVAC. Assess student performance through tests, projects, and practical evaluations; provide constructive feedback to support learning progress.
