Job Description:

Certified Heating and Cooling is growing rapidly in Southwest Florida and is looking for a customer focused, and motivated HVAC Service Technician to support our expansion into Babcock Ranch, FL . This role is dedicated exclusively to the Babcock Ranch area , giving you the opportunity to be a key part of establishing our presence in this growing community. Job Summary:

Our HVAC Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems while identifying opportunities to improve system performance and reliability. This technician will work exclusively within Babcock Ranch , after a 6-10 week training in our main location in Fort Myers FL , providing consistent, high-quality service to a dedicated customer base. Technicians in this role are expected to: Deliver accurate diagnoses Present multiple solutions when applicable Help customers make informed decisions Consistently contribute to department revenue through completed work and recommendations

Job Duties:

Expertly troubleshoot and execute repairs on a variety of HVAC systems and equipment. Responsible for cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems (i.e.air handlers, ductwork, condensers, etc.) and performing warranty services. Troubleshoot faulty HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses. Perform preventative maintenance by cleaning reheat coils and air handling units as well as monitoring and calibrating air handling units. Ensure condensation drain line is free of debris and draining properly. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Track repairs and work completed in trade software, ServiceTitan. Engage with customers/clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance. Ensuring compliance with OSHA and safety standards.

Qualifications:

At least two (2) years of HVAC Service Technician experience preferred. (1) year of ServiceTitan experience preferred. Valid Florida Driver's License. Excellent customer service & communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Advanced ability in decision making and problem solving. Adaptability to changing priorities, schedules, and requirements. Google Business Suite experience is a plus, but Microsoft Office experience will translate. Proficiency with documents and spreadsheets required. ServiceTitan knowledge is preferred. High school or equivalent is preferred. Background and Drug Screening is required prior to employment.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (weekend rotation required)

$80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
